1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using zevrae.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. ACCOUNTS

You may create an account with an email and password, or by signing in with Google. Either way, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information when registering or checking out.
We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

3. GOOGLE SIGN-IN

If you choose to sign in with Google, you authorize Google to share your name, email address, and profile picture with ZEVRAE for the purpose of creating and authenticating your account. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can disconnect ZEVRAE's access at any time from your Google Account settings.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline any order at our discretion (e.g. pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud).
Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway; ZEVRAE does not store your full card details.

5. SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Shipping timelines and our return/exchange process are described in detail in our Shipping & Returns Policy and Customer Care Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

6. VIRTUAL TRY-ON

The virtual try-on feature uses AI to generate an approximate visual preview of how a garment may look on you, based on a photo you upload. Results are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly reflect fit, color, or drape of the physical product. You confirm you have the right to upload any photo you submit and that it does not depict anyone without their consent.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to: misuse the Service to transmit harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; scrape or copy content without permission; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Service — including product designs, photography, logos, and text — is owned by or licensed to ZEVRAE and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZEVRAE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having authority over ZEVRAE's registered place of business.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
