This Privacy Policy explains how ZEVRAE ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit zevrae.com or use our mobile experience (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2.1 Information You Provide

Account details: name, email address, and phone number when you register, log in, or check out.
Google Sign-In: if you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us so we can create or open your account. We never receive or store your Google password.
Order & shipping details: delivery address, order history, and payment confirmation (payment card numbers are handled directly by our payment gateway partner and never touch our servers).
Try-on images: photos you upload to use the virtual try-on feature.
Support communications: anything you send us via email, chat, or social media.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device type, browser, approximate location (from IP address), and pages visited, used to keep the Service secure and to understand how it's used.
Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, keeping your bag in sync, and basic analytics.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To create and secure your account and authenticate you (including via Google Sign-In).
To process orders, payments, shipping, and returns.
To sync your bag, saved items, and try-on history across the devices you're signed in on.
To generate your virtual try-on images (uploaded photos are processed to produce the result and are not used for any purpose beyond that request).
To personalize product recommendations based on your browsing and purchase history.
To respond to support requests and send order-related communications.
To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or misuse of the Service.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers who help us operate the Service — payment processing, cloud hosting/storage, email delivery, and the AI model used to generate try-on images — under contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only for the service they provide us.
Google, solely to authenticate you when you choose Google Sign-In. We do not share your ZEVRAE order or browsing history with Google.
Law enforcement or regulators, only when required by applicable law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ZEVRAE or our users.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Uploaded try-on photos are retained only as long as needed to generate and deliver your result, after which they are deleted from active processing storage. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8).

6. DATA SECURITY

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and access-controlled infrastructure — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

7. YOUR CHOICES & RIGHTS

Access & correction: update your account details at any time from your profile page.
Deletion: request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us (Section 9).
Marketing communications: unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email.
Disconnecting Google Sign-In: you can revoke ZEVRAE's access from your Google Account's security settings at any time; this does not delete your ZEVRAE account, which you can do separately by contacting us.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
